Most businesses fail not because of external competition or threats only, but due to internal conflicts aided by external pressures.  Failing to recognize internal changes leads to organizational conflicts resulting in tremendous disorder among people and further affecting the product and profits.  Internal transformation is vital in adapting external inevitable.  Recognizing internal transformations and further aiding them to positive effects are necessary to cope with external alterations.  If not, the unnoticed internal transformations will eventually leads to painful failures.  

Failing to recognize or guiding or terminating internal transformations due to human conflicts existing in every small to big organizations.  Eighty percent of companies falter over a period of time due to equivocal challenges in market place, losing the battle in new competitions, erosion of talents to competitors because of inflexibility in adapting business transformations though there is enough capital inflow including competent business heads.  Seventy percent of the companies are losing their road to success due to minor discrepancies and leakages that are left unattended and allowed to become a monster, because of lack of in-house growth monitoring and intelligence tools and system.   

In a competitive business world, companies require to develop their own in-house growth monitoring and intelligence tools to evaluate the organization, business and market growth.  These tools will also able to identify internal bloodworms and warn the possible hidden challenges and even dangerous detours.   Most companies aware of external issues and have adequate firewall and measurement system through massive data and business intelligence tools available from market.  Yet, an ingeniously developed system based on existing working culture, operating environment, ethical standard, ethnic composition, social empathy and geographical locations would be much more effective for business growth.

Business growth is a continuous challenge in a fast transforming environment with numerous disruptive technologies or methodologies adapted by all competitors.  Eventually, the external monitoring organs or tools are not comprehensive and sufficient enough to measure the business performances instantly.  While the technology and software helps to measure current performances, the challenges from within and outside remain dominating in a pores business intelligence system that many companies relying on external or third party services.  Though most of the research organizations have developed competitive measurement and analyzing tools to warn the possible changes in market place or challenges, but those insights are periodical, time bounded and mostly on general market trend derived from industrial experts’ forecast and comments.  And those insights help to define overall market growth, direction or business policy, but remain general.
Every organization requires building their own business intelligence system with appropriate scoring against the bench mark and standard on regular basis set by the company.   The Business Intelligence System (BIS) need to be developed after through analyses of the organization including all divisions. 

The BIS function is relying on their own staff, customer inputs, consumers, market growth trend, listening to social interactions, buying competitor’s information and along with periodical industry reports.   

The market battle is fought between human intelligence supported by technology.  Technology gives the statistical proof of what is happening in market and inside the organization, but the human intelligence plays dominant role in growing the business and adapting the market place.  The data is support the human intelligence system, not other way around. 

There are two kinds of human intelligence that plays pivotal role in any organization.  They are internal and external human intelligence systems.  The internal intelligence system shall have to gather regular, preferably weekly information right from employment challenges to their individual concerns without any prejudice and any kind of influences.  They offer the typical strength and weakness of internal structure against the expected capabilities.  To have meaningful input they will have to be reminded of what they are and where we want go together or achieve.  A suitable reward system also to be placed maintaining the internal intelligence functioning diligently and avoiding breakdown or false inputs.  And it should not be highly formal.  Copy and paste methods will never be perfect enough and therefore, an ingenious system must be developed based on the points that I have mentioned above.

The external human intelligence system shall have to rely on the marketing, sales force, customer touch points and services operating in market places with specific reporting and format on daily basis.  They can gather and store the data including their daily activities and further transfer the data to contextual analyses for automated sentimental analyses.  Upon segregating them into three different buckets of positive, negative and neutral, the data can be further added with the social interactions that are monitored using social media tools.  Then all these data to be reasoned using industry reports and external business intelligence data received from third party service providers.

The business houses can also use the independent business auditors (not finance or marketing auditors) to evaluate the compiled information to extract right signals, scale of issues and problems, forecasted threats for further analysis and action.  

An effective internal and external human intelligence system not only set up a regular early warnings in organization, but also helps to increase the business at least between seven and ten percept depends on the market environment.   A seven percent increase in business is lot more than spending on internal or in-house growth monitoring system and rewards.
