The fundamentals of sale process remain same in any sales process, but in social media we face numerous challenges.  In physical sales, words, sounds, body language, modulation, tone of voice are all important to convince the customer apart from product presentation.   However, in virtual world we require relying on customer profile analyses by understand their social behavior, preferences, etc, during sales process. 

Establishing a social selling division ease the sales process with progressive methodologies for effective results.   Social Media platforms are being used to create lot of noises and require funneling them into action.
Social Selling is an art and it requires enormous skills in understanding, articulating, presenting with patience, truth and sincerity.  Mastering in social selling will reduce millions of dollars spent on traditional sales methodologies and immensely helps to increase revenue and profit margins.

Companies require establishing social selling division and develop strong emotional and rational bond with customers through series of active engagements.  Social selling actually helps the customers to take right buying decision and helps them throughout the product experiences beyond service period.

I have recently conducted numerous Social Selling training and workshops in Saudi Arabia and helping some of the companies to establish their social selling division. Social selling is a next big thing that will contribute to E commerce to increase revenue by reducing the expenditures.
