This is a fantastic move considering present one year residence permit which brings lot of instability to expatriates living in Saudi Arabia. In addition, it is also draining Kingdom's expatriates economy. If expatriates are allowed to have stability in their employment, they will substantially improve the domestic spending that is vital for Kingdom's economy.
